Payment and Shipping
1. Item(s) will be shipped after payment is received.
2. We provide tracking code for all transactions, and it will be added to sale records after the order is sent.
3. Please tell us your current address correctly within 24 hours after payment, otherwise, we will send the order to your Escrow address.

Customs/Taxtion/ Duties
1. All countries have different rules and policies, please make sure there is not any restrictions on the product(s) in your country before placing order(s). The buyer shall be responsible if the product(s) is/are returned or confiscated by buyer's customs for restriction reasons.
2.If any special document(s) is/are required for the product(s) in your country or if you need the declaration value fall within certain range, please inform us prior to shipment. Document(s) such as invoice etc, will not be sent with the package unless it is required by the buyer.
3.Product price doesn’t include import taxes or any additional fee. Buyer shall be responsible for customs clearance and paying the tax or any other fee (if any) in the destination country. But we can provide product invoice or any other document and information for customs clearance if required, so please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Return Policy
Only defective product (s) will be offered exchange. Video shall be taken when the parcel is being openned as proof. Or else, no exchange is offfered. Defective product(s) must be returned within 15 days at buyer's cost from the date the order is received. It may take up to 7 business days to process the product(s) returneed.We will resend the products at our cost.
